So, we find ourselves in this unprecedented situation. We have been hit with something I can only compare to a horror movie.
COVID-19 has taken over life as we know it. Here in London we’re not allowed to leave our house for more than 1hr per day.
So what can we do during this time stuck indoors? I have a wonderful editor sending me ideas and products to review, but I am also blessed with friends and family keeping me busy.
Today I decided with the push of my friend Maja to get back to my Yoga. I might not have her skills but it really did remind me how much I like it. Not only to move my body but also for mindfulness and de-stressing.
